Images required for inquiries in case of a charge error

  • For inquiries about charge errors, a screenshot of either the receipt email or the purchase history is required.
    * Ensure that "Order number," "Date," and "Purchased items and amount" are all visible in the screenshot, preferably in a single image.
  • The receipt email is sent to the email address registered as the Apple ID or Google account after purchasing "Canned Sardines."
  • Even if you don’t have the receipt email, you can still check your purchase history for past transactions.
  • Instructions for taking screenshots can be found on the this page.

  1. Access the Google Payment Center.
  2. Sign in with the Google account (Gmail address) used for the purchase.
  3. Select the relevant transaction from the purchase history.

How to check via iTunes

  1. Launch iTunes on your computer.
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase Nekokan.
  3. After signing in, click your Apple ID, then go to "Menu" ⇒ "Account."
  4. Click "View All" next to Purchase History.
  5. Click the arrow next to the purchase date.

How to check via iPhone

  1. Launch the App Store app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the blue person icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap the account name at the top.
  4. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  5. Tap Purchase History.
  6. Tap the "Total Bill" for the relevant purchase history.
  7. Tap the 【>】 on the right side of the "Total Bill" screen.
  8. Tap the 【>】 next to the price of each app.

* Up to 【7】 displays the 'Receipt Issued Date,' and 【8】 shows the 'Purchase Date.'
