If you are unable to complete a purchase due to cancellation or error, please check the following points:

  • Function (Age) Restrictions
  • Payment Information
    Credit card/carrier payment limits or restrictions
    Insufficient balance on iTunes Card/Google Play Card
  • Spending Limit
    If you spend a certain amount within a short period, you may see a message saying, “The purchase could not be completed. Please contact iTunes Support for more information,” and be unable to complete the purchase.
    In such cases, you will need to contact iTunes Support to have the restriction lifted.
  • Close all open apps and try again after restarting "Starry Whiskers."
  • Try making a purchase in another app to see if it works (you don’t actually need to complete the purchase).
    ※ It’s enough to reach the confirmation pop-up before the purchase.


If you are unable to make purchases in other apps as well, it may be due to function restrictions or payment information issues.
Please contact your credit card company or service provider (au/docomo/softbank, etc.) for assistance.
