Unable to update

Some users have reported that even though they see a prompt to "Please update" upon launching the app, they are unable to update when directed to the App Store or Google Play Store.

Additionally, attempting to update by navigating directly from the app to the store may result in an unsuccessful update.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please close all apps, including Starry Whiskers, and manually search for Starry Whiskers in the respective store to attempt the update.

■ If the latest version does not launch

・There may be server delays
・Even if the store shows the latest version, you may still be using an outdated version.

We appreciate your patience, and ask that you wait a while before trying to update again.


■ For iOS Users

1. Press and hold the App Store icon on the home screen.
2. Select "Updates" from the pop-up menu.
3. Tap "Update All" or "Update" for the individual apps listed under "Available Updates."


■ If no update appears after the above steps (iOS)

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner.
3. Pull down on the screen to refresh.
